Brand new hotel.we loved the hotel. From the moment we checked in the staff were amazingly helpful and cheerful .rooms and hotel were spotless. Inside pool was adequate. They even have a laundromat if you need it.Only minor concern and its happened to us 3 times in the last couple of years at different hotels is on our second day we were out shopping and sightseeing. We came back at 3.00 PM to find our room was being cleaned. We just wanted to relax and freshen up in our roomI have often wondered why hotel don't value the longer term guest more and make sure their rooms are cleaned first.Otherwise great stay and we will return. .
Place was awesome. Spent two nights for a kids hockey tournament. Staff customer services was incredible. Jasper and Ken did everything they could possible to make our staff comfortable. From the start to end of their shifts they welcomed everyone with the same smile they did at the start of their shift. Rooms were spacious and clean. Definitely coming back again with the wife for some wine tours.
Staying for three nights with my family. The rooms are all super modern, and absolutely spotless. The staff has been very helpful regarding tourism questions. We haven't tried the complimentary breakfast yet, but it looks really good. The hotel is in a perfect location near local wineries. It's just off the highway to the Falls or an easy drive over to Toronto.
My husband and I stayed there for our first anniversary! Wonderful hotel! Our room was clean & the bed was amazingly comfortable!! The staff was extremely helpful!! Shout out to David at the front desk! We will definitely be back as the location is perfect for the Falls & Old Town Niagara!
Brand new very nice and clean hotel! Modern rooms with very comfortable beds. Great breakfast with a variety of hot and cold items. The staff was super friendly and helpful too. I would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
