Ive stayed at the Best Western Colonel Butler Inn a couple times now and have had an excellent experience every time. From hand written welcome letters to the home baked cookies as greeting gifts, they have no issue with going above and beyond. The rooms are spotless and in my opinion the beds are incredibly comfortable. I would recommend this location to all!
We stayed 8 nights at the Best Western Colonel Butler Inn as it was centrally located for our planned trips to the surrounding area. This hotel is located in a quite neighborhood and is about 4 blocks from Queens Street in NOTL. It is within walking distance of the historic area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is continental and there was plenty of choice, such as cereals, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, waffles, fruit and bread for toasting. There was orange juice, hot water, tea and coffee. Overall, we were very impressed with this inn.IanStayed September 16 to 24, 2018.
Very nice hotel, centrally located if you are in town for wine tours. Close to town, but just far enough away from town to avoid the hustle & bustle. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms. Breakfast was a little short on variety & selections, and no elevator for handicapped. Overall I would give it a A-.
The hotel is clean and comfortable, with in room coffee machine and a nice breakfast included. It is located just outside the downtown area in a nice neighborhood with free, onsite parking. A very comfortable pub with a local feel is also located onsite with good menu options and a choice of craft brews. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
Stayed 1 night while we came to the area for a wine tour. Room was great, updated and clean, very comfy beds and pillows. Shower had great pressure which can be a toss up at a hotel. We ate breakfast at the restaurant next door which you can get vouchers for at the front desk, was a really awesome breakfast! Would definitely stay here again when we come back.
