My friends and I went shopping there during a visit to Niagara on the Lake today, December 11, 2025 and I must say we were very very pleasantly surprised with the friendliness and helpfulness of the store manager Juanita and her knowledge of the products. We bought a few things and are delighted with the quality of the merchandise there and the variety too!
I had such a great shopping experience at Must Boutique. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. You just don’t get service like this in clothing stores anymore. The associate even remembered me from when I was in earlier that day which made the experience feel so personal and genuine. It is clear they truly care about their customers. I will definitely be back .
Wanted to provide a good review…unfortunately it’s a 1 due to experience. I come to NOTL once a year with my mom and sister. I choose one clothing item each year. I walk all the shops and go back the next morning to my chosen one. This year I picked a beautiful buttery yellow dress. Unfortunately the electronic payment system wasn’t working and my order could not be paid for without cash. My elderly mother offered to use her cash but as I had no way to replenish it (I don’t carry a debit card) I said well only if they’ll take the tax off. When I asked I was told no and so we left sadly disappointed that I left this year without a dress. Maybe next yea!
