In all of the confirmation emails your phone number is wrong (11 digits in stead of 10) just an FYI. You also explicitly express that we ENSURE you have the correct pick up address, if not we should meet you at the default group pick up location which is located at 1534 Niagara Stone Rd. We went to this address as nobody would answer my texts, phone calls or emails to confirm we would be picked up from our Air BnB. The address is for a thrift store and I spoke with the owner who said pick ups are no longer available at this address as a wine tour company used to occupy the back end of the building but moved out 1 year ago. The administrative side absolutely sucks. So if you book MAKESURE you have your pickup address in advance. Our Tour guide did pick us up from our AirBnB and on time. Gabby absolutely redeemed our view of the company. She was lovely - knowledgeable of wine in general, and was great company to be around. We would book again for Gabby.
BUYER BEWARE! We purchased this wine tour to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary last October with another pair of friends also celebrating theirs. Just before weekend we were supposed to attend the tour my father-in-law became very ill and passed away. We reached out several days before to ask for a refund or rebook our tour at a later date, knowing we could not celebrate under such devasting circumstances. The wine tour company replied back in an email saying a rain check would be acceptable. Now that we are trying to rebook our tour.... we have sent out over 20 emails and phone calls with voicemail messages left, to contact them in the past 3 months (April-June 2024). The company has not answered one single email or phone call and is completely ghosting us. The company received full payment for the tour last year, totaling $518.84 x2 couples, and no services/tour to date have been rendered. I hope this review is seen, read, and prevents future customers to rethink and book elsewhere.
This appears to be a scam. We bought a tour online only to find an empty parking lot when we arrived and no one is answering the phone. We also had a fraud attempt text and phone call right after we purchased the tour. We aren't sure if it was connected.
We had a wonderful time and learned more than we expected. Our guide Carrie was very knowledgeable and fun to be with. She made the day a lovely experience we will remember always.
The wine tour was amazing! Despite the rain, Sydney made our tour fun, interesting and informative. She knew a ton about the wineries we visited. We did two wineries and one cider/beer tasting which was delicious and really unique. Sydney was the best guide I've had yet on a tour. She made the experience so great. Highly recommend booking with this group!
We went for our friends bachelor party and our tour guide Makenna was phenomenal!! Definitely made our experience so much better. Thanks Niagara Wine Tour International and Makenna!
John was a great tour guide! Offered to pick us up early and took us on a historical tour of Niagara lakes area. Was fascinating. Was great at taking pictures and making the day enjoyable
