From the seamless booking to the comfortable transportation and beautiful winery selections, everything was perfectly organized. The team was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making it a special day. Our guide Dave was amazing — warm, funny, and so accommodating. He made the day flow effortlessly and added such a personal touch with his stories and attention to detail. The wineries were stunning, the service was top-notch, and the whole experience felt relaxed and fun. It truly felt like a day out with friends — full of laughter, great wine, and wonderful memories. We had a wonderful time with the afternoon wine tour. We had a small group of 6 so there was just 1 other family. Jessie was very helpful in arranging the tour and our guide, Harvey, was friendly. knowledgeable and fun. The tours at the individual wineries were slightly different and complementary so the combination seems well thought out. We highly recommend this tour.
Jessie the administrator and events coordinator has been super helpful with organizing my Bachelorette winery tour. There was a website error, however Jessie provided amazing customer service to ensure a happy solution. It has been a pleasure talking with her, she really wants to ensure everything is taken care of, stress free. The winery tour hasnt happened yet, but we're super excited to be working with this company and cant wait for the tour to come! Thank you for providing a great customer service !
Very pleasant place to visit during summer months to enjoy wine tasting paired with delicious foods. Ideally, having a sunny day to enjoy a stroll outside the winery will significantly improve the experience.
What an amazing experience! Jessie was super helpful during the booking process, and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Melissa was our tour guide, and let me say, this woman is incredible! From giving us tips and tricks for the wineries to making us laugh, and just providing a really good time to all guests. I'll be definitely booking a tour with them again!
An amazing experience with Jessie our Tour organizer and Harvey our Tour guide/driver! We were treated like VIP's and Harvey made us feel so relaxed, we were not rushed and we discovered a great variety of wines. Harvey is very knowledgeable and friendly; we would 100% recommend it to everyone! We had a very clean and nice climate controlled van. Good variation of wineries visited. Honestly from top to bottom the service was impeccable! As soon as Doug Ford lifted the lockdown restrictions, I contacted Jessie to see if wineries were open for my spouses birthday, and she was the most accommodating and responsive organizer I’ve ever dealt with. We booked the Best Kept Secret Tour, which typically would be in a group setting, but we lucked out and experienced it privately. Harvey, our driver was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We stopped at 3 wineries (4 tastings at each - we were even topped up with more wine at one) and it was the best experience ever. After our wine tour, Harvey drove us to a fantastic restaurant in Niagara on the lake, literally a local gem. The food was delicious (Jessie recommended)! We will definitely book again! Thank you so much Jessie and Harvey for making our first wine tour experience so memorable.
