Breakfast closes at 11, branch doesnt open till 11:30. We got stuck with the regular menu, which is fine if the food was good. It is not. It is way over priced for the quality of the meal. Service is very slow. It took at least 30 min for the food to be served. We could have waited for brunch if we were told that food is going to take that long. Overall, very expensive, so so food.
Jump to bottom of review** I recently took my wife here to celebrate her birthday. The host (cant remember her name) was very polite and professional with booking as well as when we arrived. We arrived 15 minutes early and were told if we waited a few minute in the adjacent bar we could procure a window table. Had a couple drinks while we waited which were fantastic. We were seated about 20 minutes later and were apologized to twice for the wait which I thot was nice. I had the octopus and chicken my wife had the scallops and steak. Everything was great- good flavours, consistent quality throughout and nice ambience. HOWEVER- what made our visit so incredible and boosted our dining experience was our waitress Jill. I highly recommend asking for her as she made the night one that we will never Forget. We have eaten at many Michelin star restaurants around the world and she was the best waitress weve had (in our opinion). she went out of her way to personalize the entire night for my wife in countless ways yet wasnt clingy in the least. She got the largest tip Ive given as well as This is the first restaurant review Ive written- she really was that good. One of the sweetest yet professional people youll ever meet. If you ever get the chance to visit Tiara, ASK FOR JILL!!
One of my best meals ever. I rank it #2 after Gordon Ramsay Steak. The truffle chicken was perfectly cooked and well seasoned. Arrancini were a lovely accompaniment. I had vegan chocolate tart with pineapple compote and brittle. The whole meal was worth every penny. Service was also top notch. I will return for sure.
I don't understand all the good reviews? The food here is awful and the waiting staff is rude. My wife and I came for lunch and my lamb was so bad that I couldn't eat it. I didn't complain or ask for a comp but the waiter made a HUGE deal that I didn't eat my meal and kept telling me "that's just the way it taste". I've had better lamb off a food truck and don't appreciate being told how something taste, like I'm an idiot. Don't go to this place! Horrible!
My husband and I each ordered the tasting menu. We were disappointed in the portion size. The scallop dish came with one scallop and the white gazpacho came in a shot glass. I didnt love the white gazpacho, otherwise the food wasnt bad but for the price we were disappointed. I believe the menu said there was an assortment for dessert however we each received an order of crepe brle which was good but not what was advertised.
