Flew 2 day. It .Was great. Me and my 2 kids great Pilot And customer relations.well worth it. And will be . coming back in near future thanks ian.
The pilot, Ian, never showed up for our 11 am booking. After I called him twice he called back and said the plane was out of service. He offered us a helicopter ride so we drove to that spot only to find out we'd have to waste more time in a massive line up for a trip 1/3 the time. It was very disappointing and we spent the whole morning chasing around after him. Don't waste your time, there's better companies.
Niagara Falls Air Tours is a spectacular experience! What a beautiful way to see Niagara. I've purchased gift certificates for friends and family for Christmas a couple years back and they loved it, too. Ian and his staff are very accommodating.
I had an amazing experience!! So glad I did it. Excellent communication from beginning to end. My flight did have to be rescheduled to a later time. This was to ensure safety and an excellent viewing experience. Ian gave me the warning about needing good weather to fly, so I was prepared if I couldn't do it.Ian also advised that with Groupon it is a hassle to get reimbursed for bad weather. (That is understandable because with any deal that is not cancelled within 3 days, usually you only get groupon bucks) I was really lucky that I had the right weather in the dead of winter.I have a touch of nerves when I fly commercially, so I was a bit nervous at the beginning. I found that in the air I was not nervous at all. Smooth take off and landing. Just an overall exhilarating experience. I highly recommend!!
