Great park for taking the dog for a walk. Plenty of different areas to explore. The view from the monument is fantastic, as is from the lookout point just outside of the monument. If I did plein air painting I would certainly paint the view of the river since it is pretty as a picture. Also a nice place to picnic. And don't forget to check out the Bruce Trail.

Brock's monument at Queenston Heights Park is captivating even at a distance. As you're approaching on the Niagara Pkwy from NOTL, it almost acts as a beacon guiding you there. The grounds are stunning, from the manicured flower beds to the sweeping views of Niagara River to the memorials and monuments that give you a window into the area's history. A beautiful place for a walk or picnic!

Great place for a walk, family picnic and just to relax in the nature. There are many things to see! There are statues all around in the park which adds a cool touch to it and makes it unique. There is a play ground for kids. We enjoyed our visit and the kids loved it!

A lovely monument including a small museum representing an important piece of Canadian history. For a small fee, you can climb to the top of the tower. The staff were friendly and informative.

A great place for a quiet walk amongst tall trees with General Brock's monument looming 200 feet above. There are many plaques describing the history of this battleground where American troops scaled the cliffs to be routed by the British, Canadian s and First Nation warriors. A walk through area has recently been installed with descriptions of the various tribes that participated in Canada's defence. On Sundays in the summer there are free music concerts in the Bandshell.
