I would give more than 5 stars if I could. This is elite healthcare for animals! Dr. Turpel and his team are wonderful.. So much expertise kindness and compassion. It is clear that everyone who works there is an animal lover. Our "boy" had knee surgery and his recovery has been amazing. The team at Upper Canada Animal Hospital are with you through the whole experience - from a much appreciated post-surgical phone call from Dr. Turpel himself, to a check-in first night home, a personalized chart (that included a rehab schedule) and follow-up calls. The care my little Yorkie/poo Ebony received at the hands of the surgeon Dr. Jim Turpel and his staff was excellent. Prior to the surgery the procedure was fully explained and the care, home instructions and overall communication afterwards has been excellent. I will not hesitate to place my second little yorkie/poo under this teams care and will highly recommend Upper Canada's services to any pet owner.
