Just wow! great specials and great shoes selection. I was on my way to US and wanted to buy some shoes there, but after visiting this store, I got amazing shoes for the great price. They do have different styles and sizes, even for my picky teens. I 'll be back, One of my fave shoe stores from now on.
I shopped at this store when I was on vacation last month. Paulena spent almost an hour with me making sure I had running shoes that fit properly and made my purchase a wonderful experience. I've made purchases at The Running Room, and Sport Chek, but never had anyone with the knowledge, skill, and attention to detail like I had at this store. Excellent, Excellent Service!
When I recently went into new balance for a pair of shoes, I was immediately taken as I walked past the front desk just near the shorts when I overheard the manager Kristina talking to her colleagues about how they must think of the money. This, however, came across to me that she does not in fact care about the customer and their needs, but she cares about how thick their wallet is coming in. Kristina as well forcefully sold me a pair of socks that I was not in need of, and essentially scanned through items that she added in that I truly did not need (Lace Locks, socks, etc). With this, it can be felt that if anyone is to go into New Balance for help, refrain from going to Kristina as she is only looking for the money in your pocket, not your true foot needs.
We recently visited this store and found them very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Emma looked after us and was extremely helpful and very friendly. She helped us find the perfect shoe as the ones we were trying to replace are not made anymore. Kristina the store manager also helped me with information in trying to find a specific shoe. Went to this store a few weeks ago and not even 5 minutes into browsing the store and me and my buddy had been basically harassed by 4-5 different people constantly hovering by us and letting us know about the promotion. (Yes we already knew the promotion because we can read. And you also told all of us the second we walked in.) It was to the point where I had to ask one lady if they were paid commission by the way she followed us all around the store and then right to the cash register!? Safe to say me and my buddy put 2 paid of shoes on hold and did not go back. Very very odd environment and seemed very artificial.
