Tony is extremely rude and unprofessional. Odd how our house was broken in to one day after his service.
I am very unhappy with the service which was provided by this company. The owner was very disrespectful towards me when I was simply asking a question and I think it was very unnecessary. Would definitely not recommend this company and I will definitely not be using them in the future.
Locked my keys in my car early morning, called this company spoke with Tony. He gave me a ridiculous rate but I was desperate so I agreed, after waiting over and hour I managed to unlock the door myself using a coat hanger. Called his number 4 times to tell Tony his services were not needed and only received voicemail is full. Got to work the next night to be told he called my work and told them I owed him money! Am very upset and will be calling the better business bureau in the morning. From the looks of it this is not his first complaint. DO NOT GO HERE EVER
Broke off the key in my motorcycle lock. Tony showed up when he said he would and fished out the broken piece, cut me two new keys and charged me the agreed upon price. He was straight forward, no upsell, no BS and even gave me the key code should I need it in the future.
Today- July 20-2018/ 8:30am I called Tony as I lost my car keys and needed to be at work for 12:15 as well as drop off my four very young kids at daycare. He was here by 10:15am, called to let me know he was on his way and was AMAZING to deal with. He has a personality that can be a clash with some other personalities but none the less he was great. He was quick, efficient, and cheap! He came, programmed my key, and went. He also gave me a free key in case I lock my key in my car. He had everything done and had me on the road in less than an hour! Thats the service I expect to receive and he was able to provide that!Highly recommend! Kate-Lynn from Haynes Avenue
