Fantastic Starbucks located in the charming old town of Niagara-on-the-Lake! Staff were all very pleasant! Better than other Starbucks I’ve been in around ! My latte was perfect and my partner Mocha delicious.
This Starbucks is probably one of the worst ones to be around you try calling and they will never answer the phone when the phones are right beside them
My Fiance and I went in and we ordered one pumpkin spice frappe and one pumpkin spiced iced latte. The pumpkin frappe didn't have any coffee in it, it was very obviously a creme frappe with pumpkin flavoring. It was extremely light and orange in color rather than brown. And the iced latte was luke warm. My Fiance went back in in the pouring rain and politely asked them to remake the frappe. The employee was incredibly rude. And said thats how it looks, well no it isn't as someone who orders it almost everyday. And it tasted like straight cream instead of coffee frappe. My fiance just politely asked him to remake it and he rudely said "well I can but it'll look and taste the same." So admitting we dont know how to make one of their most popular seasonal menu items... okay... my Fiance just got a pumpkin spice iced latte instead for me. Brought it back outside and it tasted incredibly bitter and without ANY pumpkin or sweetener. I compared his iced latte made before the complaint to mine which was made after asking for a remade frappe. They taste completely different... how does the same guy make 2 drinks and cant get them remotely close and doesn't know how to make a popular seasonal item.... too bad, I used to go to this location before and after I would go into work. Won't be going there anymore. You're better off going to any other local coffee shop in town.
Ordered small berry refresher but the cup was half ice. Never have I had ice In this drink before. Very unsatisfied with the quality of beverage. Will not go back there. Someone else may have my business.
This Starbucks is right off the Main Street. Great place to sit and cool off during the hot summer. Clean and wasn’t too busy when we were here. Fast service. Thanks!
Been here twice when visiting the hotel next door. It wasn’t crowded either time. Got served right away and was of equal quality to other locations. You can pick up some Niagara specific Starbucks mugs here also. Not bad for a quick stop if you need some coffee while at Niagara on the lake.
We had orders of egg whites, which is our go to, but the birds were very pasty. They tasted more like flour than egg whites. We will have to find another go to. Service was very slow fir not being busy. Very disappointed.
